The platform may collect the data voluntarily provided by the person submitting forms, including:

• Property or real estate reference consulted.
• Proof of acceptance of the privacy notice.

Technical data strictly necessary for security, abuse prevention, form operation, and platform protection may also be processed.

No sensitive data, credentials, banking information, or identity documents are requested through public forms.

The data will be used only to:

• Receive and respond to commercial inquiries.
• Contact buyers, investors, intermediaries, owners, or other interested parties.
• Follow up on real estate opportunities and commercial evaluation processes.
• Identify the property or service related to the inquiry.

Submitting a form requires express acceptance of data processing for handling the inquiry. A person may choose not to provide their data; however, the fields marked as required are necessary to submit and process the request.

Consent may be revoked by sending a request to the privacy email, without affecting processing lawfully carried out before revocation.

Access to inquiries is restricted to the controller and to expressly authorized personnel who need the information to respond to the request.

To operate the platform, infrastructure, hosting, database, security, storage, and transactional email providers may be involved. These providers will process only the information necessary to provide their technical services.

Once the applicable period ends, data will be deleted, blocked, or anonymized reasonably, as appropriate.
